We trim away sharp edges, eliminate dangerous pressure points, and finish your signs with beautiful, flame-polished radiused corners. Perfect for weddings, corporate plaques, real estate panels, and storefront signage.

How It Works:

Select Your Options: Choose your sign thickness and the total number of signs you need rounded from the dropdown menus below.
Complete Checkout: Purchase the service securely through our store.
Drop Off or Ship To Us: Bring your signs to our shop layout at 301 N. Broad Street, Chandler, TX 75758, or mail them to us with a copy of your order confirmation receipt.
Fast Turnaround: We will machine-route your signs and notify you the second they are ready for local pickup or return shipping!
Pricing Guide (Per Individual Sign):
- Small Signs (Up to 18"x24"): $5.00 per sign
- Medium Signs (Up to 24"x36"): $10.00 per sign
- Oversized Signs (36"x48" and up): $15.00 per sign

I understand that PDQ Signs LLC performs manual corner rounding by hand. I agree that PDQ Signs is not liable for replacement costs if my customer-supplied materials break or crack during the manual shearing process.
We can manually punch corners on aluminum blanks, solid metal sign panels, coroplast yard signs, PVC foam boards, and lightweight acrylic plastics.
- ⚠️ PLEASE NOTE: We strictly service plastic and metal signage materials only. We do not work with or offer any glass products. Heavy 1/4" cast acrylic can only be serviced upon physical inspection at our counter to ensure it meets our manual shear limits.

⏱️ Times reflect printing production windows before your package ships. Shipping carriers and delivery methods are chosen separately at checkout.

Within one business day of placing your order, you'll receive an Artwork Approval Request email from PDQ Signs LLC — look for it in your inbox with that subject line. Inside, you'll find your Pre-Production Checklist to review before approving your artwork. Once you approve, your job goes straight to print and into production.
