When the vinyl rolls off the printer, it is completely saturated with chemical gases. If we laminate it immediately, we will ruin your wrap. The trapped gases will expand under the protective plastic laminate layer over the next few days, creating thousands of tiny bubbles that will cause the graphics to blister and peel off your vehicle body in less than a week. Your vinyl must physically hang on open air-drying racks for a full 24 to 48 hours to breathe and gas-out completely before we can safely laminate, pack, and tube your kit.

After printing, every flag must be transferred to our finishing department to be manually stitched, hemmed with heavy-duty black thread, and outfitted with canvas pole pockets or metal grommets. The hardware for light pole banners also undergoes manual inspection to ensure structural outdoor durability.
