• Minimum order history or anticipated volume (discussed during setup)
• Signed authorization form granting PDQ Signs permission to build and maintain your private catalog
• Provided branding assets — logo files, brand colors, and any design guidelines
• Valid business contact information including company name, billing address, and authorized contact
