You only pay for the exact level of graphic design labor your project demands.
Below is an open look at our four artwork pathways and how our design room processes your selections.
📬 Pathway 1: I will email files or design later

  • The Inside Truth: We know that inspiration doesn't always hit during checkout, and busy project managers don't always have their official brand files saved to their personal phones or tablets. Selecting this option allows you to secure your machine production slot, lock in your pricing, and checkout instantly.
  • What happens next: The moment your transaction clears, our automated system flags your invoice. A real human from our design department will send a direct email check-in within 1 business day to collect your artwork assets, graphics files, or reference links whenever you are ready.

  • The Inside Truth: If your agency or business already has an established visual brand identity, we don't believe in charging you a hidden design setup fee. When you upload your print-ready graphics, our prepress team verifies that the file format is clean and drops it directly into your product's manufacturing matrix.
  • Our Quality Standard: To keep this option completely free and ensure a crisp print, we require official scalable Vector formats (.AI, .EPS, .SVG, or vector .PDF). If you upload a standard mobile screenshot (.JPG/.PNG) that requires manual redrawing by our artists, we will contact you first to resolve it.
📋 Pathway 3: Use standard department text only (Name & Unit Numbers, No Logo)

  • The Process: Typographic Layout Calibration
  • The Inside Truth: Many public safety fleets, administrative vehicles, or basic commercial signs do not require complex, colorful emblems. If you just need clean, bold text, selecting this option keeps your checkout completely free of design surcharges.
  • What happens next: Our team opens your order file, reads the typed text parameters you input during checkout, and manually sets them using our high-readability, industry-standard fleet fonts. We calibrate the text block sizes perfectly to your chosen sign or vehicle template panel.
✏️ Pathway 4: Design it for me / Hire a Designer / Start from Scratch
  • The Cost: +$45.00 Flat Fee (Note: Scales to $250.00 for complex full-body automotive fleet wraps)
  • The Process: Dedicated Graphic Artist Studio Allocation
  • The Inside Truth: This is where the magic happens. When you select this tier, you are officially hiring a dedicated professional graphic designer from our print house. We take your raw ideas, rough sketches, typed design descriptions, or inspiration photos, and manually build your custom brand assets from scratch inside our illustration software.
  • What is included: This fee buys out dedicated machine and designer studio labor time. We handle the complex color matching, font styling, and border geometry, providing you with up to two rounds of design changes until your custom layout looks completely perfect.
