Our prepress team opens your files and scales them onto our official 1:10 scale vehicle blueprints (Ford Interceptor, Tahoe PPV, Durango Pursuit, etc.) to ensure proper door placement.
  • Our Quality Standard: Because your door badges and seals will be printed at massive physical sizes, we require official scalable Vector formats (.AI, .EPS, .SVG, or vector .PDF). Standard phone photos or screenshots (.JPG/.PNG) will print blurry and pixelated at vehicle scale. If your file requires manual reconstruction, we will contact you before printing.

We take your raw ideas, department color schemes, rough sketches, or inspiration photos, and manually build a completely custom wrap layout from scratch on a digital wireframe blueprint of your exact vehicle.
  • Why the cost differs: Unlike flat printing, a vehicle designer must manually calculate "bleed zones" for wrapping inside door jambs, account for body panel cuts so text doesn't get chopped in half when the officer opens the door, and ensure geometric striping lines up perfectly across wheel wells. This fee buys out hours of dedicated studio labor time and includes up to two full rounds of design revisions until your flagship vehicle mockup looks flawless.
