Artwork Guidelines for Print & Signs
To ensure the highest quality print, please prepare your files using the requirements below.
  • Preferred File Formats: PDF, EPS, or AI (Vector graphics yield the sharpest results).
  • Resolution: Images and raster files must be at least 300 DPI at full print size.
  • Color Profile: Create or convert your document to CMYK. We are not responsible for color shifts from RGB files.
  • Text & Fonts: Convert all text to outlines or paths to avoid font substitution.
  • Bleed & Safe Area: Add a 1/8" (0.125 in) bleed to all edges. Keep important text and images 1/4" (0.25 in) away from the trim edge.

  • 🔒 Automated Print Lock Notice:
    Our print shop runs on an automated workflow system. Your job is digitally locked and cannot be processed, pulled into production, or sent to the printing presses until you physically click the approval link. Our staff does not have the system permissions to override or bypass this print lock. Production only triggers upon digital sign-off.
