Our print shop runs on an automated workflow system. Your job is digitally locked and cannot be processed, pulled into production, or sent to the printing presses until you physically click the approval link. Our staff does not have the system permissions to override or bypass this print lock. Production only triggers upon digital sign-off.

  • What to do: Read through the email message, then click the secure link at the bottom to view your design proof.

  • Pro-Tip: If you have trouble viewing or interacting with the proofing page, please switch to a desktop computer for the best experience.
  • Using AI Images? If you submitted graphics generated by AI or ChatGPT, please verify that they have been scaled to your exact required dimensions and are print-shop ready.

🔍 Pre-Production Checklist
Please look over every pixel! Once you click approve, production begins immediately.
  1. Spelling & Typos: Read through all text carefully to catch any spelling errors.
  2. Names: Double-check the spelling of all individual and business names.
  3. Emails & Websites: Verify every single letter in web addresses and email contact points.
  4. Phone Numbers: Dial or read through numbers to confirm no digits are missing or swapped.
  5. Colors: Confirm that the colors shown are exactly what you want for the final print.
  6. Artwork & Logos: Ensure this is the correct version of your branding or logo.
  7. QR Codes: Please scan your QR code with a phone! PDQ Signs does not generate or verify these links; you must ensure they scan properly and point to the right URL.
  8. Sizes: Always check the exact dimensions listed on the layout. If you approve it, you own it!
💡 Need to Request a Change?
If something isn't right, do not approve it! Simply double-click directly on the artwork layout, and a comment box will pop up. Type your adjustment notes there, and our design team will update your proof.

🔨 Installation Rules (Please Read Before Approving)
If your order includes installation services, your approval also confirms the following site conditions:
  • Placement & Heights: Your approval means you agree to the exact installation location, mounting height, and hardware configurations previously discussed.
  • Site Readiness: The installation zone must be completely clear of furniture, clean, and fully accessible at your scheduled time slot. If our crew is delayed by an unprepared site, additional labor standby fees will apply.
  • Post-Installation Changes: Once a sign is securely installed according to your approved proof, any request to relocate it, adjust the height, or remove it due to a change of mind will be treated as a brand-new project. Standard material and labor rates will apply to redo the work.
  • Hidden Wall Conditions: PDQ Signs is not responsible for unforeseen structural issues hidden behind walls (such as deteriorating drywall or non-coded electrical lines) that impact the installation, unless these specific conditions were disclosed to us in writing beforehand.

💰 Fees & Quick Policies (*Subject to change without notice.)
  • Rush Printing: Same-day rush orders carry a $100.00 rush fee.
  • File Release Ownership: If you would like full ownership and release of our native design files, the transfer costs are:
    • Standard Design or Logo: $85.00 and up.
    • Custom Layout Design: $125.00 and up.
  • Finality of Approval: Once an order is formally approved by you, the digital files are automatically sent to our printers and the crew is scheduled. If an error is caught after you approve the file, you will be responsible for the full cost of re-printing and re-installing the project.
