We use an online artwork approval tool for every single design—no exceptions. Artwork that is not approved through this system will not be sent to production.
  • How We Send It: Your proof will be sent exclusively by email from our digital system.
  • What to Look For: Keep an eye out for an email from noreply artwork approval tool from PDQ Signs.
  • Check Your Spam: If you do not see the email in your main inbox, please check your spam or junk folder.
This digital process ensures you are always in complete control of your final design before it goes to print!
  • Need Help Visualizing Your Project? If you cannot fully tell how your design or sign will look just by viewing the digital email proof, please reach out to schedule an in-house design consultation instead. We will sit down with you to review everything together before production begins.

DO NOT APPROVE IF IT IS NOT RIGHT! We are NOT responsible for your order if you approve without checking over the following list.
(IF YOU SEND AI OR CHAT GPT IMAGES, THEY MUST BE PRINT-SHOP READY TO EXACT SIZE!)
IF YOU ARE HAVING ISSUES APPROVING THE JOB, USE A DESKTOP COMPUTER!

🔍 PRE-PRODUCTION CHECKLIST
Before replying with your approval, double-check the following elements on your digital proof.
  1. Spelling (Typos)
  2. Names
  3. E-Mail & Websites (Double-check every letter)
  4. Phone Numbers (Check if you need to add or change numbers)
  5. Colors (Check if you want to change any colors)
  6. Artwork (Make sure this is the correct logo)
  7. QR Codes (CHECK YOUR QR CODE! We do NOT generate QR codes. Make sure they scan and work.)
  8. Sizes (CHECK SIZES NO MATTER WHAT. IF YOU APPROVE IT, YOU OWN IT.)
To request a change: Double-click on the artwork, and a box will pop up to add a comment.

🔨 INSTALLATION RULES (READ BEFORE APPROVING)
  • Placement Approval: Your approval confirms you agree to the exact installation location, mounting height, and hardware discussed.
  • Site Readiness: The installation area must be clear of furniture, clean, and fully accessible at your scheduled time. If our team is delayed by an unprepared site, additional labor fees will apply.
  • Post-Installation Changes: Once a sign is installed according to this approved proof, any requests to move it, change the height, or take it down because you "changed your mind" will be treated as a brand-new project. You will be billed standard material and labor rates to redo it.
  • Hidden Wall Conditions: We are not responsible for hidden structural issues behind walls (like crumbling drywall or un-coded electrical lines) that affect installation, unless noted in writing beforehand.
🛑 Unattended On-Site Installations (If Client is Not Present)
If you or an authorized representative cannot be physically present during the scheduled installation window:
  • Authorization to Proceed: Our crew will install the signage strictly according to the pre-approved proofs, blueprints, or marked locations.
  • Finality of Work: By choosing to leave the site unattended, you accept the installation placement as executed by our crew. Any requests to alter, move, or adjust the signage after the crew leaves the site will be billed at full material and labor rates as a new project.

🚗 VEHICLE WRAPS & WINDOW GRAPHICS POLICY
  • Vehicle Cleanliness: All vehicles must arrive freshly washed, completely dry, and free of wax, mud, rust, or grease 24 hours prior to installation. A $75.00 detailing/prep fee will be applied if our team must clean the vehicle before wrapping.
  • Pre-Existing Surface Damage: We are not liable for graphics failing or peeling due to pre-existing rust, deep scratches, chipped clear coat, or aftermarket paint jobs.
  • Window Preparation: Window glass must be free of tint residue, commercial stickers, or debris.
  • Post-Care Instructions: Clients must follow specified post-care guidelines (e.g., no high-pressure power washing or immediate rolling down of windows) to protect the warranty of the vinyl. Failures caused by premature washing or misuse are not covered.

💰 FEES & POLICIES
  • Rush Orders: Same-day rush orders are $100.00.
  • File Release Fees: If you want ownership of your design files, the cost is:
    • Standard Design or Logo: $85.00 and up
    • Custom Design: $125.00 and up
Once an order is Approved By You, we immediately begin the printing and scheduling process. Please check this list carefully. If there is a mistake after approval, you will be responsible for paying to print and install it again.
