Our standard turnaround time for most product is 3-5 business days after you approve the proof of your design.
Custom Orders or Large Orders tend to take 12-14 business days

We send proofs through a software. That hold can be approved by you. For questions about approving see Welcome to the PDQ Signs Proofing System!

One business day after order you will see a Artwork Approval Request from PDQ Signs LLC in your subject line which also has the PRE-PRODUCTION CHECKLIST:
for you before you approve! Once you approve jobs go straight to print then production.

Each Product is different, so we will send you a separate invoice with your shipping cost once product is ready, Once paid the item/product will be shipped. Some items on this site charge a some fee that is a down payment of the shipping

No, you can request a copy. we only charge you what they charge us. Minus the difference if you paid some on your shipping already.
